Neha Narkhede was born in 1985 in Pune, Maharashtra. When Neha was 8 years old, her parents got her a computer. Since then Neha had decided that she has to make her career in this field. Neha did her schooling in Pune only and did engineering in computer science from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. After that, Neha went to America for further studies and got a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology there.

Neha started her career as a Technical Staff in Oracle in February 2008 after doing her master’s in the US. She stayed with the company till 2010, after which she joined the professional social media platform LinkedIn. Neha joined the company in February 2010 as a Computer Engineer.
Looking at Neha’s work within a year, she was promoted to the post of Senior Software Engineer. After some time he was promoted again as Principal Software Engineer.
