How to Apply Online

  1. Visit the Website: Go to CRSORGI.gov.in and click on “Signup.”
  2. Enter Your Details: Provide your username, mobile number, and email address to create an account.
  3. Access the New Portal: You will be redirected to a portal. Click the relevant link to proceed and sign up again with basic details like name, last name, sex, and date of birth.
  4. Fill in Address and Aadhar Details: Add your address, Aadhar number, and select nationality. Agree to the acknowledgment and click “Next.” An OTP will be sent to verify your mobile number.
  5. Login: Log in using your mobile number and CAPTCHA.

Registration Process

  • Step 1: Enter the place of birth.
  • Step 2: Choose a language.
  • Step 3: Provide the child’s date of birth and gender details.
  • Step 4: Enter the child’s name.
  • Step 5: Enter parents’ information, including name, Aadhar number, email, and contact number for both parents.

Final Steps

  • Select Address Details and Birthplace: Choose details such as hospital, state, district, sub-district, and town or village.
  • Choose Registration Unit: Enter hospital details for the birth registration unit.

Required Documents

  • Hospital Discharge Slip
  • Additional Proof: Such as parents’ PAN cards.
  • Government Order: If applicable.

After uploading the required documents, review the application and click “Final Submit.” A fee of Rs. 20 will be charged for processing.
