Malika Sadani became a business woman from a banker so that she could make such skin products for her daughter, which would eliminate her skin problems from the root. This journey was very long and full of challenges but in the end Malika achieved success.

Malika did her studies till 12th from Kota Rajasthan and then graduated in engineering from Pune. After graduation, she did MBA from Mumbai’s “Venglikar Institute of Management”. After doing MBA, she started working as an assistant manager in ICICI Bank. In the year 2008, she married Mohit Sadani, Mohit used to work as a consultant in McKinsey company.
Skin products for daughter had to be ordered from abroad
After some time she went to London with her husband, after living there for a few years she returned to India with her elder daughter in 2012. Then her daughter was one year old, after some time she came to know that her daughter has a skin problem. For that she had to order all the skin products from London itself, for which she had to take help from her different friends and relatives. After some time she had to shift to Indian products.
The products she was getting in India were not able to cure her skin allergy. During this time Malika also gave birth to her second daughter, her younger daughter had asthma since childhood. Due to which she could not use any toxin products for her whose fragrance would bother her.
She changed many products one after the other but to no avail, then she thought of making such products herself which do not have chemicals. She worked hard to make chemical free products, she searched for scientists all over the world so that they could make these special products. It took her two years to make this whole effort.
Started her own skincare brand in the year 2016
In the year 2016, she started a company named ‘Amishi Consumer Technologies’, after which in 2017 she started a brand named ‘The Moms Co.’. In this brand, she made products which were completely natural. Malika’s husband Mohit also accompanied her in this entire journey. This business, which started due to a need, has become an empire of crores today. In the year 2023, Good Glamm Group bought 90% stakes of The Moms Co. and in the year 2021, when Good Glamm Group bought the stakes of this company for the first time, its valuation was ₹ 500 crores.
It is the success of Malika Sadani that today she has given the country a skincare brand that can be trusted and used for children. Today she is included in the list of the most successful business women of the country.
