In the upcoming Punjabi movie “Damdaa,” versatile actress Delbar Arya takes center stage, portraying the character of Japji, a woman of remarkable depth and resilience. Describing her role, Arya reveals, “Japji is very caring, innocent, and responsible, yet possesses a strong personality that anchors the family dynamics. She navigates life’s challenges with grace, offering guidance to her husband Sikka amidst their lower middle-class Punjabi setting.”
